Meet Goldie: The Golden Voyager
Model: 2020 Suzuki V-Strom 250 (Dazzling Yellow)
If Sunny is a dirt-track racer, Goldie is a luxury grand tourer. Dressed in Suzuki’s vibrant "Dazzling Cool Yellow," Goldie is built for the rider who wants maximum presence on the road and zero vibration in the handlebars. With his smooth parallel-twin engine and massive fuel range, Goldie makes long-distance travel feel like a first-class flight.
The "Twin" Powerhouse
Goldie’s secret is his liquid-cooled, twin-cylinder engine. It’s a different beast compared to the single-cylinder bikes in the fleet:
Liquid-Cooled Smoothness: Goldie doesn't "thump"—he hums. The twin-cylinder setup cancels out vibrations, making him incredibly comfortable for high-speed runs across the Seto Ohashi Bridge or long days cruising the Shikoku Karst.
Torque Where It Counts: Goldie is tuned for the low-to-mid range. Even when fully loaded with a passenger or heavy luggage, he pulls away from stoplights with a steady, confident surge of power.
The "Iron Butt" Legend
Goldie is the undisputed king of endurance. If you hate stopping for gas, this is your bike:
The 17.3 Liter "Super Tank": Combined with Suzuki’s efficient fuel mapping, Goldie can cover over 500km on a single tank. You can ride from sunrise to sunset through the deepest valleys of Tokushima without ever hunting for a gas station.
Low-Sling Confidence: With a seat height of just 800mm, Goldie is remarkably easy to balance. Shorter riders and touring veterans alike love how easy it is to "flat-foot" this bike at a stop, even on the sloped roads of the Iya Valley.
Rock-Solid Stability: At 188kg, Goldie is built to stay planted. When those ocean winds hit you on the coastal roads of Kochi, Goldie holds his line like a train on tracks.
Why Choose Goldie?
Goldie is for the explorer who values comfort and range above all else. He’s the bike you choose when the map is long, the weather is unpredictable, and you want a reliable, smooth partner that won't tire you out.
Goldie has the fuel and the comfort. Do you have the time?
