Meet Bjørn: The Guardian of the Great South
The Husqvarna Norden 901 is a different breed of adventure motorcycle. It doesn’t scream for attention with sharp angles; instead, it commands it with a smooth, purposeful strength. We call him Bjørn.
With his distinctive round headlight—like a glowing eye in the dark—and a silhouette that manages to be both retro and futuristic, Bjørn is the ultimate scout. He is the bike you want underneath you when the sun starts to set over the Kuju Mountains and you still have a hundred kilometers of unknown road ahead.
The Steady Strength of the North
Bjørn thrives on the variety of the Japanese landscape. He is just as happy thrumming along the high-speed expressways of Kyushu as he is picking his way through a technical, moss-covered mountain track in Shikoku.
Why Bjørn is the ultimate "Bear" for your journey:
The Heart of a Wanderer: The 889cc engine delivers power with a smooth, relentless "grunt" that makes climbing steep volcanic grades feel effortless. Like a bear in the wild, he has immense power held in reserve, ready for whenever you need to overtake or accelerate out of a tight hairpin.
Low-Gravity Balance: Bjørn features unique, low-slung fuel tanks. This keeps the weight down low, making the bike feel much lighter and more balanced than its size suggests—essential when you’re navigating the narrow, crowded streets of an ancient village like Akizuki.
The "Easy Shift" Quickshifter: No need to stress your left hand during long days in the saddle. Bjørn’s transmission allows for seamless, clutchless shifts, letting you stay perfectly in the flow as you carve through the "Milk Road" around Mt. Aso.
All-Weather Protection: The wide "shoulders" of the front fairing and the integrated handguards protect you from the elements, whether it's a misty morning in the Iya Valley or a brisk coastal breeze.
The Spirit of the Companion
Bjørn isn't just a machine; he’s a protector. He provides a stable, confidence-inspiring ride that encourages you to go further, stay out longer, and find the places that others miss. He is the quiet strength at the center of your adventure.
Japan is a land of secrets. Let Bjørn help you find them.
